Time to do something new in Teanaway
| Gallagher Head Lake |
| Wild turkeys seen on the morning drive up the Teanaway Road |
| We began hiking up through the forest |
| After about a mile, we crossed this bridge over De Roux Creek |
| Fall color on the trail |
| The trail follows De Roux Creek and its many waterfalls |
| The trail eventually emerges from the forest |
| More color along the trail as it continues up |
| Finally reaching pretty Gallagher Head Lake |
| The blueberry bushes were a brilliant bright red, but the berries were gone |
| Another view of the lake |
| And another |
| Then, back down the trail |
| Enjoying some more fall color |
| And more trail side red to keep us entertained |
We completed this lovely little hike in complete solitude.
